The Unlimited Subscription gives you and your staff unlimited access to all of our Childcare CPD-accredited courses, including the Care Certificate. As new courses and updates are released, these are added to your account at no extra cost. The subscription can be renewed annually or you can take advantage of one of our multi-year deals.

You can register as many staff members as you need with the Unlimited Subscription. We have a Bulk Buying Incentive, the more staff you sign up, the lower the cost per staff member.

We understand that yearly staff turnover can be high, so we have factored in the annual average staff turnover in the social care industry of 25%.

For example, this means that in addition to your 100 staff, we will give you up to 25 FREE staff training accounts, should any of your existing staff leave your company within the contract period (subject to terms and conditions). The turnover bonus is available for you to use for any number of staff you purchase.

Yes, you can add additional staff members to your subscription at any time. We won’t charge you any extra per staff member other than the pro-rata rate agreed in your initial contract.
