Significant development happens rapidly for children up to 5 years old. It is crucial staff who work in early years settings know how to address children't developmental needs. Our child development courses will use guidelines from the statutory Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, Development Matters and Birth to 5 Matters to explore the key areas staff need to know.
