This CPD-accredited awareness course helps care workers, support workers, nurses and team leaders understand continence and provide safe, respectful support in day-to-day care. Learners will explore the main types of incontinence, how continence problems affect dignity, health and wellbeing, and how to notice, record and escalate concerns appropriately in care settings.
