One of our long-standing clients, Arches Support Services, has won the prestigious Silver Award for “Commitment to Training and Workforce Development” at the Wales Care Awards 2022!
              
Care Inspectorate Wales highlighted the high-quality training their staff attained through our eLearning platform, CareTutor.
Arches Support Services used our sector-leading specialised domiciliary care courses to train hundreds of their staff to be prepared for whatever obstacles they face in their home care environments.
We are thrilled to have had a ‘major part’ to play in achieving this award!
How did they get there?
Ray O’Hara (manager at Arches, pictured above) has used a blended learning approach to help him excel in his staff social care training journey.
Our reporting tools allowed Ray to make the best management decisions.
Our video-based, CPD accredited and Skills for Care endorsed eLearning courses assured him that what his staff were learning would stick.
We work closely with our managers to make sure that their experience on our CareTutor portal, and their administration of our courses is proper, up to date and in line with CQC guidance.
