To use our live chat users are encouraged to leave their contact name, email address and customer query. If users actively accept the terms of our live chat, BVS/CareTutor will then follow up with website users via their chosen email address and deliver a detailed response to their initial customer query. The email address & contact information will also be stored in our company database and may be used in future BVS/CareTutor marketing & company updates.
