Safeguarding

These video-based eLearning courses provide up-to-date guidance on how to safeguard the welfare of people within care homes and for home care. They explain the 10 recognised types of abuse and how to recognise the signs of symptoms of abuse which are recognised by the Care Act and the 6 Principles of Safeguarding.

All care staff who could come in to contact with children have a legal responsibility to safeguard and promote their welfare, which is explained further in "Safeguarding Children in Social Care Settings".

Each of our eLearning courses includes interactive videos, an assessment quiz and a CPD certificate when passing the course along with a comprehensive traffic light training matrix for ease of training management. Our video-based care courses are created in real-life care settings with professional actors, so they are more memorable and understandable than text-based courses.
