Gina started working in the NHS 37 years ago and was inspired to learn about better therapeutic management which led on to over 25 years in end of life care, with experience in various roles in Specialist Palliative Care, strategic clinical leadership and project management, more recently NHSE/I. She is a nurse with extensive experience of clinical leadership and expertise in practice development within a range of care settings which include acute trusts, hospices and community. Having delivered change and lead on local and regional projects in previous roles, she now develops and manages creative opportunities in various facets.Â
