As new courses and updates are released, these are added to your account at no extra cost. The subscription can be renewed annually or you can take advantage of one of our multi-year deals.

You can register as many staff members as you need with the Unlimited Subscription. We have a Bulk Buying Incentive, the more staff you sign up, the lower the cost per staff member.

Yes, the Care Certificate courses are included in the Unlimited Subscription. Each standard of the Care Certificate is covered by one or more of our courses. You can check which courses cover each standard here.

Recognising the potential for high staff turnover, we offer an unlimited staff turnover feature.

You’ll be able to replace the accounts of leaving staff with new ones, for free, during the contract period (subject to terms and conditions).

Yes, you can add additional staff members to your subscription at any time. We won’t charge you any extra per staff member other than the pro-rata rate agreed in your initial contract.
