Celebrating National Inclusion Week 2025: Now is the Time

National Inclusion Week 2025 | CareTutor | Social Care eLearning

What does true inclusion look like in your workplace? National Inclusion Week 2025 invites us to reflect, act, and commit to making it a reality.

What is National Inclusion Week?

National Inclusion Week is an annual event dedicated to promoting inclusion and diversity across workplaces and communities. Founded by Inclusive Employers in 2013, the week serves as a platform to celebrate diversity, spark conversations, and inspire action towards creating inclusive environments. Each year, the event is centered around a unique theme that reflects current societal issues and encourages organisations to focus on meaningful inclusion initiatives.

This Year’s Theme: “Now is the Time”

The theme for 2025, “Now is the Time”, emphasises the urgency of embedding inclusion into organisational cultures and everyday practices. It calls for immediate and sustained action to ensure that inclusion is not just a conversation but a fundamental aspect of how we operate. This theme encourages organisations to move beyond discussions and implement tangible steps that foster equitable opportunities for all.

How to Get Involved

Getting involved in National Inclusion Week is both impactful and straightforward:
