Lead to Succeed
Programme Overview
This course is delivered over 5 weekly morning sessions delivered by our Instructor via a Zoom webinar.
Lead to Succeed was developed by Skills for Care in response to an identified need within the sector to up-skill existing managers and provide a pathway to develop aspiring managers in adult social care. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) states: “Our data shows that if a service is rated good or outstanding in well-led, it’s more likely to be rated good or outstanding overall, compared with any other key question.”
Lead to succeed is at the forefront of the more formal development of aspiring new managers and deputies. This learning programme will help individuals to develop their leadership and management potential, gain knowledge and be supported and challenged to put this into practice. We’ve received overwhelming feedback about the difference it can make.
Lead to Succeed is for those working in Health and Social Care who already hold a leadership position or wish to do so. This may apply to team leaders, elder care providers, managers of care facilities, or anybody else who wants to improve their leadership abilities and career prospects.
Cost: £437.50 + vat

“I’ve learnt a lot from the Lead to succeed programme. My confidence grew massively as I realised that I knew a lot of things already. I just didn’t put it into practice. I’ve already been able to use my new skills and knowledge in my job.”
