In his role as the Head of Health and Safety for Staffordshire County Council, Chris led a team of advisers to ensure compliance with health and safety responsibilities within the Social Services and Education departments. This encompassed overseeing local authority care homes, private care homes, and approximately 400 schools. One of his notable achievements was initiating a comprehensive “Moving and Handling” training program for the entire County Council.

Chris’s extensive experience in the education and public sectors, coupled with his comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations, make him an invaluable resource for the Home Care 5 and Home Care 7 courses.
