Mandatory Training

CareTutor offers a range of eLearning courses for care home and home care staff. These courses are all endorsed by Skills for Care and CPD accredited. Training that is considered mandatory can be different for different organisations depending on the care environments and service users receiving care.

The courses we include in this category are mandatory training courses for both care home and home care staff and are fundamental for meeting CQC training requirements and help meet the general care standards.

Each of our eLearning courses includes interactive videos, an assessment quiz and a CPD certificate when passing the course along with a comprehensive traffic light training matrix for ease of training management.
