These eLearning courses cover Food Safety and Nutrition. They are aimed at care workers and kitchen assistants and examines what constitutes a healthy diet for the older person. These courses help to ensure that the elderly people you support are being provided with healthy, nutritional meals. These courses are all endorsed by Skills for Care and CPD accredited.
